Thank you for shopping Scandinavian Tales! Our sincere desire is to make your experience with us as smooth as possible! Therefore we have outlined our shipping policy below.

All orders for USA and Canada we ship for free. 

There is a flat charge of $30 for all international orders under $350. 

Depending on the fabric and yarn we have in stock, processing, and shipping times can vary. Since we are a small business so, unfortunately, we can not store large amounts of fabric in our tiny studio. While we do have some of them in stock, there are some that we need time to get delivered to us which, unfortunately, rarely depends on us. For your convenience, we have included an estimated processing time for every item.

We ship our packages via USPS with a tracking number which will be sent via email once your package is shipped out. We are located outside of Atlanta, the state of Georgia, so the closer you are to us, the faster your order may arrive!

If you think that your package is missing, we advise taking the following actions:
  - Get in touch with the Shipping Carrier responsible for your order's delivery and provide them with your tracking information. They can often provide more insight whereabouts and status of your package.
  - Verify that your shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery issues.
  - Reach out to our Customer Care Team via scandinaviantalestudio@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

For international orders, please be aware that customs and import duties may apply in your country. The customer is in charge of these costs. Scandinavian Tales is not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred.

We can not be responsible for the packages lost in transit, therefore we are here to help you to find a solution that will satisfy you!
